Pop Geometry (+tutorial)

Hey!
I sat down the other day to paint my nails without anything specific on my mind. I got to painting and I ended up with popular geometric pattern, or, whatever you want to call it.

Tutorial after the jump!

Sooo... The real reason why I made a tutorial for this mani was that I installed Inkscape, vector graphics editor, into my computer and I couldn't wait to try it. The result is exactly the same as before, but the process should be easier from now on. Also I was told that using MS PowerPoint for vector graphics is bullshit and that I HAVE TO switch to something proper. So I did.

I guess the process is quite obvious.

What I used:
The New Black blue polish (above)
acrylic paint
Essence BTGN high gloss top coat

What do you think? And by the way, what are your favourite photo editors? And what about vector graphics?
Take care!

  2. thank you! I thought about using corel, but then it wasn't really freeware, so I stuck with inkscape.. I hope I'll get to work with it in the future
