Hi! I have a tutorial for you today. It's for my Matching Chevron I did A LONG TIME AGO, but I got some requests for this recently and I remembered I took photos of the process (which is super easy, imo), so here we go, tuto after the jump as usual.

Baroque Wallpaper (+tutorial)
Hi there, this mani came from another crisis of my creativity. I COULDN'T come up with anything, so I went through designs I remembered I wanted to do about a year ago, when I didn't have the skill yet, and baroque mani came to my mind - I saw it on several other artists back then but I didn't even have proper tools to do it. Now I have both tools and skill, so I thought why not.
Oh yeah, matching my baroque pattern dress, kind of, if you don't mind the colour ;D.
More photos and the tutorial after the jump.
You see, it takes time to paint tiny swirls, so I didn't do all 10 nails. I used the same colour combo as in Retro Triangles, looks vintage imo.

Baby Penguin Skittlette
Hello!
So, how much do you love penguins? Those fluffy, round bodies, phlegmatic but curious faces, the way they walk, trip, get up acting like nothing happened, and all those videos of them being just funny... Yep, you can tell I have a thing for them and when my friend suggested I could do penguin nails I was in.

Watercolor: pink and framed
Heey, remember the Outlined Marble nails I did in September? (yea, how could you :D) This time I did pretty much the same thing but in pink.
(I still struggle with taking photos under artificial light)
I have a tutorial for this technique: Outlined Marble Tutorial.

Aluminium on Nailuminium (+tutorial)
Hey! I was thinking the other day that I hadn't worn black nails for a long time and I tried to come up with dark design. I remembered these very effective shattered glass nails by Polish Pals and I wanted to recreate them. But she used large glitter to make those and unfortunately, that wasn't available for me at the moment. I looked for another material and, being nailuminium, aluminium foil saved me. You see, cause the name Nailuminium is combination of words nails and aluminium (my common nick). I had hard time photographing these, the light was simply wrong, but let's have a look!

FAQ: What program do you use for your tutorials?
I decided to do sort of FAQ series to answer some questions you had or might have. I'm starting with the question I get most - about my tutorials. I'd like to continue this series with short posts on photo-editing + camera and nail art tools. Plus I'll add a FAQ page to the top bar with summary.
If you have any suggestions, let me know!
What program do I use for my tutorials then? Microsoft PowerPoint. Yea.
It has tools to work with vector graphics, I learnt all about it at school and when I was thinking, long time ago, what I should use to paint nails on the computer, PowerPoint was number one choice.
So I sketch the process in PP and then I save it as a picture and I move to Photofiltre, editor I use, to add some text and frame.
I also wanted to add some photos to this, but my powerpoint is in Czech so it might be worthless... You decide.
With the pictures I wanted to show you some tools I use and that MS PowerPoint is not just for presentations.
If you have more questions about the tutorials and graphics in PP, I'll be happy to answer them.
And I would totally appreciate more questions for this FAQ thing I want to do, so don't hesitate to ask anything!

Retro Triangles (+tutorial)
Happy new year!
I hope you all enjoyed the holidays and celebrations. I wore this mani after Christmas - after I took off Christmas Splashes, during new year's eve and I won't be taking it off until Saturday. I knew for how long I was going to keep it so I wanted something lovely. And glowing.
This mani by Manicurator made me remember I really like triangles on nails (see triangles tag) and I got two lovely polishes (below) for Christmas that make great colour combo. So I decided to use those two polishes and fill my nails with triangles. I didn't have final picture in my mind when I started.
