Hello!
I admit I wasn't very creative coming up with the title. I wore these nails for around ten days, I made them for my Belgium trip, that's also the reason the base is nude - the chips don't show that much.
The design was inspired by the pinky from this mani over at Boom Nails, I loved it the moment I saw it and saved it for later.
Keep reading for simple tutorial!

Upper Green Side
Hey! Today's title sounds funny, but it wasn't me who came up with it. It's the name of Essence polish I bought and painted my nails with few days ago. To make this a quick mani I just added simple aztec-chevron-ish pattern to the green colour using black and white gel pens.
I also matched my nails to my outfit - or was it the other way? It got all together in my mind somehow.

Moravian Ceramics Inspired
Heey!
With Easter around the corner I wanted to do something Czech related, I was considering traditional Easter eggs, but then I remembered this print, typical for south-east Moravia - my region, I was looking at so many times at my grandma's and wondering, how to replicate it on my nails. Well, I tried!
My inspiration, Tupeská keramika...

Tribal Chevron
Hello!
I've been quite busy lately, and I barely have the time to write this, so I'll keep it short.
I fell in love with wooden effect with my blue Wooden Tribal mani and I couldn't wait to try it again. These nails were inspired by a phone case I saw on Etsy and then by another very similar one (shown after the jump).

Safari Sunset (+tutorial)
Heey!
I found new source of inspiration - phone cases. So I browsed Etsy and when I saw this one I knew. I recreated the pattern, excited. It turned out later that the pattern (called Safari Sunset) is originally by a luggage design company Vera Bradley. So now I can show you nails that match not only a phone case but a lot of other accessories, mainly bags.
Why the gel pen you ask? Oh, yes! I used this gel pen for the white details, it's super easy to work with, especially if you want to do swirls.
Aaand here comes the inspiration. I edited the phone case in the photo, I admit. I couldn't help it really, I wanted to have a picture with my nails + the inspiration, although I don't own it (I don't even own an iPhone to use it with, you see.)

Gold and Pink Swirls
Hello!
I have two manis to show you in this post, they are pretty similar, one older than the other. Really. I don't even have good quality photo of the older (gold) mani and the newer (pink) one was the very first I took nice quality pictures of. (And I didn't publish it until now, for some reason)

Stripes and Shapes
Hi, this is a post I wrote about a month ago because I had a suspicion I won't have enough time to write posts later during the school year. In the moment I'm wearing quite unusual manicure, I think I'm going to write the post at the weekend (okay, maybe next week), be sure to check it out then. To the pre-written (surprisingly short) post...
This is one of the first manicures I have good quality pictures of and I didn't menage to publish it until now. It was originally inspired by this design by The Nailasaurus (whom I admire, by the way).

NOTD - Raspberry Burberry
Hi! This time a recreated a manicure I did in May. Back then I did regular burberry nails, I used black and red gel pens, nude base. This time I changed the colour scheme and used acrylics instead, I wanted to know the difference.
I freehanded the whole thing, so it's imprecise. Like, really imprecise, I guess you should keep some distance to like the way it looks.

Geometric Diamonds
Hello!
I long time ago I did design inspired by a tutorial by Precious Polish. The first time I did it was in April and it turned out just the way I imagined, sadly I don't have high quality photos of that. I re-did it in June, I thought it could look better when smaller, but it didn't.
Left hand. Middle finger is an example of how I thought smaller would be better and was wrong.
The old version, left hand. I wish I had nicer pictures, because the first try was a more successful one. I really liked it and enjoyed wearing it. It was similar in June, not that precise, better colour combo though, yellow and violet go nice together.
What I used:
S-he 306 (white)
Rimmel 312 Ultra Violet
Miss Sporty 453 (yellow)
Rimmel 500 Peppermint
black gel pen (for lines)
blue gel pen (darker blue in April design)
I'm unhappy with the result, better next time, I guess?

Right hand. My hands were shaky that day.

Mistero Grey and Tie Dye
Hi!
In my previous post I promised to talk about the Gabriella Salvete STARS 04 Mistero Grey textured polish. I will also mention the Gabriella Salvete 148 white polish, because white is the colour I use the most and this white is the best I could find in local drug stores.

Mistero Grey Triangles on Yellow
Hi!
This is a design I wore just for two days (which is unusual for me) not because I wouldn't like it, I did, but I wanted to give my nails a rest after some polished time.
It's quite abstract. Originally I was inspired by this design a Spector's Nails, but trial version looked strange, so I changed it into what you see.
The silver colour is actually textured (but top coated) Gabriella Salvete STARS Mistero Grey polish, which I will further introduce in the next post.
To do this design, start off with yellow base, then create white triangles using bottle brush and add silver triangles over the white using bottle brush too (I find it easier and quicker this way, but you can use nail art brush, obviously). Then to do the black borders, I used a black gel pen, it allows me to make very thin lines, and it is a high quality one, so when it dries, it doesn't smudge.
